UPDATE: Man Ordered To Take Down Abortion Billboard

The ex-girlfriend has stated that the billboard “has caused severe emotional distress.” Yeah, that’s a good reason to censor speech.

It should be noted that the billboard does not mention by name the ex-girlfriend.  Therefore, there is no slander.

The man’s attorney has stated that his client is willing to go to jail over his right to free speech.
