Federal Government Has The Best Workforce In The US, & Here’s The Proof
I know some of you are skeptical, but I assure you this information will prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that government employees are best, brightest, and hardest working people in the country.
Just 737 federal employees were denied a pay increase in 2009 due to poor job performance, according to information obtained by the Federal Times, a D.C. newspaper for government employees. That’s about one out of every 1,698 workers, or a denial rate of 0.06%.
The federal workforce is about 2.15 million people (1.43 million are civilian). If that doesn’t prove that federal employees are super awesome, I don’t know what will.
There is just one more thing …
Only 35% of government employees feel that promotions are based on merit.
